We plan to make a difference in each and every persons life in south Fort Worth by providing not only the finest bilingual shopping but THE cultural center for social events plus 500 jobs and medical, legal, educational, and financial support for this community. Plaza de Las Américas is a 21 acre shopping, cultural, and professional center which will be 250,000 square feet and is located on the site that formerly was the Texas Steel Foundry. Demolition of the buildings and environmental cleanup is presently in process with completion of the first phase anticipated in September of 2006.
